AGARTALA, May 10 (TIWN): On a pathetic incident, a person died of electrocution on Sunday. After the incident he was brought to Gomati District hospital where on duty doctors declared him dead.

The deceased was identified as Dipankar Debnath, 33 years old.

According to the details of the incident, the young man was electrocuted while playing football inside the fishery office in Amarsagar Paschimpar area of Udaipur subdivision.

When the locals saw Dipanks’s unconscious body lying inside the fishery department, immediately it was informed to Udaipur Fire station. The Udaipur fire station department personnels rushed to the spot and took him to Gomti District Hospital, where on duty doctors declared him dead.

The death of Dipankar casts a shadow of mourning over the Amarsagar area.
