Shortage of vaccine reported in Bishalgarh Sub-divisional hospital

AGARTALA, May 8 (TIWN): Vaccine recipients suffered after they reached in Bishlagrah hospital to take COVID vaccine.

After two hours of wait, security guard had informed that there is vaccine shortage, the recipients told media.

It was claimed that the vaccine recipients are not getting the vaccine even after waiting at the Bishalgarh Sub-Divisional Hospital Center for a long time since morning.

Meanwhile, Private security personnel at the hospital informed the vaccine recipients after a long wait that there is shortage of vaccines in the hospital, and over this issue resentment is seen among vaccine recipients, because with such needless visits also Covid may affect them.

Vaccine recipients complained that most of them are daily wagers and their work is being stopped for coming to health center for vaccination. But after coming to Health center they are facing such problems due to shortage of vaccines in the health center.

Vaccine recipients demanded that the health department should keep adequate amounts of vaccines in sub-health centers so that people would not be harassed.
