AGARTALA, May 5 (TIWN): 10323 Teachers on Wednesday has strongly criticized Education Minister Ratanlal Nath for his personal point of view's imposition on a verdict which is right now under Court's observation. On 3rd May, Minister Ratanlal Nath claimed that Supreme Court has clearly stated that in no way the 10323 teachers should be given jobs directly and by solace it meant about jobs through interviews. Reacting on the statement of Education Minister, 10323 teacher Bijoy Krishna Saha said that first if all the Minister must refrain himself from making such comments when the case is under Court's review.

Bijoy Krishna Saha further said, "We did not want to talk about this matter before public as this case is under observation of the court but we are bound to speak up because, Minister Ratanlal Nath is lying. Supreme Court clearly said about solace recruitment which means without interview our recruitment should be done and without advertizement too. Also, Minister Ratanlal does not want to read the last two lines of the verdict where everything is clearly written".
The 10323 teachers also raised question why a particular political party is allowed to protest but not 10323 teachers ?
"I want to ask the Chief Secretary whether the Covid rules are only for 10323 teachers ?", asked Bijoy Krishna Saha.
