AGARTALA, May 5 (TIWN): Just 2 days back, terminated 10323 teachers who was given fake promises by the BJP in 2018 Assembly Election were not allowed to protest at Circuit House as police said due to Covid-19, all protests are restricted and they need special permission for that but ironically today ruling party held a political programme and said such programmes will be continuing in protest against West Bengal violence. BJP's one woman leader also has threatened Mamata Banerjee saying that they have Central Govt in support and will take revenge if needed. Such claims are coming out amid Tripura BJP is infamous for massive poll violence.

However, ground report says that violence is though happening in Bengal, but both sides party members are getting attacked and the reality is just 1% of the propaganda. Moreover, when employment generation is stopped due to Covid-19 but there was no bar for BJP's party programmes. The nationwide anti-Mamata propganda started since media projected Mamata Banerjee as the next Prime Minister candidate beside her landslide victory.

The Bengal police on Tuesday flagged a tweet by India Today executive editor Deep Halder about post-poll violence in the state as “fake news”. Halder had tweeted that BJP’s women poll agents were “gangraped” and “many” were molested in Birbhum district, attributing the allegation to the Bengal BJP.
