Thief Caught by Locals at Krishanagar, handed-over to police

AGARTALA, April 30 (TIWN): A thief was caught by locals of Krishnanagar and has been handed over to police.
He was stealing construction rods. Locals said that he was in rudder for many days and today they have caught him red-handed.
