AGARTALA, March 19 (TIWN): A worker was beaten up in state after he denied to work for 12 hours.

This incident took place at Sabroom's Ludhua Gram Panchayat's 17-Ghat area.

The worker Khudiram Munda was working in Rabi Das's home. After his work was completed for the day, he sought his money but Rabi Das allgedly told him that he has to work till night 10 pm or he will get no money.

When he protested, he was beaten up by Rabi Das.

Talking to Doctor, he said that the worker was received injury on his head also. A complaint was registered in the local police station.
