AGARTALA, March 9 (TIWN): After the final hearing was completed, the Court has now given the custody of the daughter to father in Belonia. 

The child also reportedly told the Court that she wants to live with her father.

Misthu Debnath, father of the little girl Moumita Debnath alleged that his wife left him and his daughter 2 years back and stayed with another man. He also showed a photo of the man, however, his wife has denied the allegation. She said, out of torture, she left the home.

For the last 2 years, Moumita was with her father Misthu Debnath.

Earlier, Court before the final hearing allowed the mother to take her daughter but father and the daughter both were crying in the Belonia Court premise. Today, after final order, the daughter has returned to her father's home.
