AGARTALA, March 4 (TIWN): Chhattisgarh Minister T. S. Singh Deo has been appointed as Tripura Congress Observer.
Talking to media T. S. Singh Deo said, "Congress in Tripura indeed will start from zero and whatever the performance was in the last poll, it will try to perform better than that. If we were in 3rd position, we will try to come in 2nd position".
He confirmed that Congress is ready to fight alone but nothing has been fixed about the alliances as the regional parties are running "confused".
"Political alliance is like marriage arrangements. If the bride and groom likes each other then alliance will happen and if not, no alliance will happen", he added.
