AGARTALA, March 4 (TIWN): 2 incidents of suspected sacrifice (bali) of puppies occurred in the same location of Shankar Chowmuni area in last one month. in both cases, which happened 2 weeks apart, the head of the puppies were found missing.

PAWSOME NGO have lodged a written complaint at ramnagar outpost & the west agartala police respectively demanding prompt action during both incidents. Post-mortem report also verified the cause of death was due to decapitation.
