The computer education was launched in various school under ICT scheme supported by central government so as to students could be able to learn computer for the betterment of their life. Initially it was started for the period of 2008 session which was later extended up to the project period of 2010.  The first period of the project session of 2008 has already been completed and the session of 2010 is yet to be concluded. When this project was launched, its main object was to educate the students to the school level through the introduction of computer management.

Some of the faculty members alleged that they are convinced or enforced to work in the line of party with regard to gain political interest. Even they are threatened to work in favour of ruling party. In this way, party racy violates the utilization of human resources and right to work of the faculty members relating to the effective implementation of computer education in the most of the school which was launched for the interest of school students under ICT project supported by Central government.  The faculty members’ also alleged that they were disappointed with the humiliating pay scale recommended for them by the Centre. At present, this computer education is in deplorable condition. Faculties are suffering from economical crisis as they are not  paid  salary for more than five month in consequence of they are in great distress. They described this as a living example of discrimination and deprivation with computer staffs.

The faculty members had held street meeting and hunger strike in several times to mobilize their members and to pressurize the state government to accept their demand, but in vain.
