AGARTALA, Dec 5 (TIWN): The "Achhe Din" dream has devastated the 10323 teachers in Tripura after 33 months of the BJP Govt has been assumed to power in state. The teachers who were promised that they will be able to continue their jobs or to be reappointed are totally deceived. Not only before election, but the BJP for long 2 and half years continued to fool the 10323 teachers resulted the teachers lost their jobs before 9 months and left jobless. However, now the biggest ever protest will be started from Agartala City Centre on 7th December by 10323 teachers. 10323 teachers under 'Joint Movement Committee' however have not received any permission for protest from the police dept, erupted massive resentment. However, the sacked teachers are determine to protest as they announced about their democratic protest long back. Moreover, if the excuse is COVID-19, there are huge numbers of political programmes happening in the state. Three organizations of 10323 teachers : Ad-Hoc Committee, Amra 10323, Justice for 10323 have united to stor protest from Monday.

The sacked teachers reminded the BJP led State and Central Govt what it had promised before 2018 election to them.

The BJP gave various promises but the meaning of all promised were same that is to 'Save 10323 teachers jobs'. 

Reminding the "double engine" promise to the teachers the sacked teachers asked, "Earlier the BJP leaders promised that if BJP-IPFT Govt is formed then it will take shelter of law or bring amendment but where are those promises today?"

The teachers further warned BJP Govt, not to think that 10323 teachers are weak, because their gestures are gentle.

The teachers also have demanded Die-In-Harness jobs for the teachers how have died in the struggle. Around 76 teachers have died among 10323.
