AGARTALA, Dec 3 (TIWN): The Joint Movement Committee of the 10323 teachers to testify their strength of 'unity' from December 7, as they are going for a protest for indefinite time until the Govt will fulfill its pre-election promise given to the sacked teachers. The newly formed Joint Movement comprised of 10323 teachers who left jobless for last 9 months, has said that the all teachers are united and Govt will show the strength. Nothing can stop the protest of 10323 teachers except Govt's action to save the teachers livelihoods. The sacked teachers have come in a same platform under 3 organizations Ad-Hoc Committee, Justice for 10323, Amra 10323 and united in a 'Joint Movement Committee'. Addressing media, the teachers expressed their surprises on how a Chief Minister can lie to his people desperately as he just before 2 months sought little time for permanent settlement of the 10323 teachers. Lashing out at various national leaders including present Home Minister Amit Shah for his all pre-poll promises to the teachers as the then BJP National President.
The 10323 Teachers have asked Assam Education Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, what happened to his tall claims and promises given to the teachers before Election ?
"Should we play the Record of Your Pre-Poll promise, as per your direction ?", the former teachers asked Himanta Biswa Sarma for his pre-poll statements.
