UDAIPUR,December 3 (TIWN): A seminar was held today in the Udaipur Town Hall to observe the World Disabled Day. Today the seminar was inaugurated by the Tourism Minister Ratan Bhowmik. DM Gomati Sonal Goel , ADM L.T.Darlong, SDM Udaipur Ajit Debnath, Sabhadhipati of Gomati Zila Parishad Suniti Saha and Udaipur Municipal Council Chairperson Smt Manik Das remained present on this occasion.

Speaking on the seminar Ratan Bhowmik said," The time has come to change our attitude towards the disabled as by the blessings of technology even the disabled are now doing wonders. State Govt has been cooperating with the "Pratibandhi Kakyan Samiti" to make the disabled able to earn livelihood on their own." 

Others who spoke on this occasion include DM Gomati Gomati Zila Parishad Sabhadhipati Suniti Saha, Udaipur Municipal Council Chairperson Manika Das.
