Childline members rescued one child labour from Rajasree Bakery

AGARTALA, Nov 27 (TIWN): On Friday morning the Childline members and Labour Department jointly rescued one child labour from Rajasree Bakery which is situated at Badharghat area. The child is shifted to Child home as of now.
While addressing media the childline member said, "We had this information about this illegally keeping child labour in Rajasree Bakery. Today we have rescued him. The boy is from Karimganj area. We have informed his parents about it. Till the CWC office finalise anything, we will keep him in child home."
They also informed that legal action will be taken against the owner of the Bakery for illegally keeping a child as worker.
