AGARTALA, Nov 22 (TIWN): 10323 Teachers who are left Jobless from 8 months, whom the BJP before Election promised in written Documents for giving them permanent solution is fuming against the Govt's silence and attempt of divert the issues. Holding a Press Conference, Justice for 10323 Teachers organization has warned the State Govt to give them livelihood or to face biggest ever, unique protest which has been ever seen in Tripura. "We met Tripura CM Biplab Deb on October 3rd and he accepted the seriousness of our demands. But, it has been almost 2 months but no decision was taken for us. We demand faster solution of our problems. Former Justice A B Pal has written an article about solutions of our problems with which we are totally agreed. Because as per the High Court and Supreme Court's verdict only those 562 people would lose jobs, not all. We don't want science teachers also to lose jobs but if our problems are not solved then we are moving for Hunger Strike from December 1st week".
The organization referred about one Teliamura Karmaray Jamatia who died out of pressure of after taking loans from Banks, in Simna Hari Debbarma who was earlier BPL family and all social pensions closed after he got job. After losing job, Hari Debbarma also could not bear the pressure of loan. Now Hari Debbarma's old father whose oldage pension is stopped is dying in hunger. In such situations, the sacked teachers have decided to go in Hunger Strike.
December 3rd will mark 2 months of CM Biplab Deb's promise to the terminated teachers about securing their livelihoods.
