AGARTALA, Nov 22 (TIWN): Tripurainfoway.com Editor in his Saturday Facebook live has strongly criticized the political attempts taken in disguise for communal flare up in state to gain public sympathy for the upcoming ADC Election. Addressing in Facebook Live, TIWN Editor reacting over Panisagar violence has said, "I am surprised to see the unexpected consequences of protests in Panisagar. From Kanchanpur to Panisagar, what is the reason of this ongoing unrest ? This is nothing but political games to convert the public sentiments into vote banks. Rs. 600 crores of package is nothing but an eyewash. The rehabilitation must be in new places with good surrounding. Children must have proper schools and all necessary needs across but all these are not possible if at least Rs. 8,000 crores to Rs. 10,000 crores of package is not given. This Bru issue is nothing new and cutting across political lines, no political party was serious about Brus".
"This Rs. 600 crores package for Brus is totally wrong deal. The leaders who visited Delhi they failed to do a good deal for the Brus. Brus are humans...........they need proper rehabilitation", TIWN Editor said.
"Public have to understand, why ahead of ADC Election, without any plan, the Govr is showing of rehabilitation. All these just for election. Once election is done, nobody will shed tears for the Brus and this nothing will happen with this Rs. 600 crores of package", said the Editor.
"Housing, Township, Schooling, Employment all these things comes under rehabilitation. What will the Brus do with only empty lands ?", said Saumen Sarkar.
"One innocent has died in clash with police. Police personnel are injured and one fire brigade man is severely injured. CM Biplab Deb took no initiative to control the situation in time. He can roam in Chatt puja to marriage ceremonies but why can't he met the Joint Movement members ? All these have done by intention to disbalance the communal harmony and to get votes for BJP", added the Editor.
