AGARTALA, Nov 20 (TIWN): Assam Rifles under the aegis of Headquarters 21 Sector Assam Rifles and Inspector General Assam Rifles (East) organised interaction with students in Thelakum Bari High School, District Sepahijala on 20th November 2020.

The students were apprised about the ‘Valour of Armed forces while highlighting supreme sacrifice made by the martyrs’. Awareness on COVID 19 pandemic to include means of spread, protection measures and likely symptoms was shared with the students. 2. The Lecture was aimed at highlighting the contribution of armed forces in nation building and motivating students to join the armed forces. 3. 42 students attended the awareness program while following all COVID precautions.
