AGARTALA, Oct 30 (TIWN): Customers are facing tough times in prepaid recharges of power connectivity in Tripura as various offices remain close in time to time and also it disrupts during holidays.

The customers said that it is really frustrating and tension triggering that in recharge period, the customers have to wait for office to open. They said, there should be an alternative method of payment.

The customers visited Bordowali office found that the electric office is empty but the fan is moving inside. Public demanded immediate release from such extra headaches, adding, previous system was far better.
