AGARTALA, Oct 23 (TIWN): Agartala 'Agragami' club has observed Durga puja in a simplest manner this year, without taking any donation from anyone. The club Secretary mentioned that they only collected donations from club members and observed the Durga puja without any decorations from public in that area. Social distancing, proper sanitizing have been maintained in puja days as per Govt rules. Today Maha-Saptami puja was also observed there with full devotion, with limited numbers of people. "Every year, we, the members of Agragami club organize Durga puja in grand manners but this year due to COVID-19, we are not taking any donation from public. Anyhow, we managed it by collecting donations only from club members. No social, cultural programme has been organized this year following the regulations", said club's Secretary.
