UDAIPUR, Oct 21 (TIWN): Udaipur Ramakrishna temple executing committee's forceful occupying by a ruling party MLA, has been stayed by Court.

This committee was allegedly forcefully occupied by none other than Matabari BJP MLA Biplab Ghosh.

Udaipur Civil Judge (Senior Division) R.Bhattacharjee has issued a stay order in the committee. Lawyer Joyesh Dey on behalf of petitioner was present in the court.
