AGARTALA, Oct 19 (TIWN): Tripura Transport Dept has totally failed to control the illegal fare hikes and exploration of passengers.

On being asked by media, the passengers have alleged that they are not taken in vehicles if they don't pay extra. It was also seen that numbers of passengers are more than the guidelines. Amid all these, the Transport Ministry in deep sleep after issuing certain notifications.
