AGARTALA, Oct 15 (TIWN): On Friday morning, in a terrible road mishap, two persons have died in Ambassa located Assam-Agartala National Highway.

One 12-wheeler vehicle bearing number NL 01 NO 176 was going towards Agartala and hit with a bike. 

The bike rider is by profession is mason named Jiban Debnath. He died on spot. Two more passengers were injured in bike. 

One Riya Namasudra (16) was going to her private tutor's home and in high speed while escaping, the truck hit that woman also. She also died on spot.

The driver is absconding now.
