AGARTALA, Oct 11 (TIWN): Although, as Opposition Party, the BJP had much problems with the 5 years fixed pay systems but after winning election it has surpassed the Left Govt in deprivation race to the teachers.

It has been reported that after 4 years of jobs also, the TET Qualified teachers are not regularized. The BJP backed teachers who came in protest before election against the then Left Govt are now silenced. They are resented but have no power to raise voice.

In Left Govt's time 5 years "fixed" pay system was launched, which deprived the employees from regular pays. BJP before election oathed to remove such fixed pay systems but giving a surprise, BJP when started recruitment, it continued the previous Fiixed pay system.

Question remains the same, where does the rest of the deserved salary of the teachers go ?
