AGARTALA, Sep 30 (TIWN): On Wednesday morning the 78 TET qualified ad-hoc teachers of 10323 terminated teachers haven't get the job yet even after clearing the Teacher Eligibility Test despite all the pressures that is going on them. According to the Supreme Court Order, the terminated teachers who will be clearing the TET examination will not loose their job. But the 78 teachers who already cleared the jobs did not receive the offer letter even after one year . On Wednesday morning, the TET Qualified Ad-hoc teachers went to Siksha Bhawan to meet the Directorate of Elementary Education. There, they placed deputation and talked with the Director. The Ad-hoc teachers said that they are hopeful and they want the govt to look after the matter as early as possible. TET Qualified 10323 teachers have not been appointed in teaching posts yet from 2018 led the aspirants to write to the Director of Elementary Education.
In a depuration, the aspirants wrote, "Prayer for appointment of 78 nos TET qualified ad-hoc teachers out of 10323 among 1194 who have qualified in TET in 2018, 2019 for Cass-1-5 and Class-6 to 8".
The aspirants have said that they are tensed as the validity of the TET certificate to be ended shortly and they are not given jobs yet. The job aspirants also mentioned in their deputation about how important it is to end the teachers crisis problems for quality education and as the numbers of TET qualified are less, so for the Educational development of this state, Govt must recruit teachers who have qualified TET.
