AGARTALA, Sep 19 (TIWN): 'MP Pratima Bhowmik has proven that DM's notice for my Quarantine was illegal for my Bhagat Singh visi, thanks to Pratima Devi', said Sudip Barman, former Health Minister cum MLA.
Sudip Barman also has congratulated Pratima Bhowmik for standing with the patients in tough times.
