AGARTALA, Aug 27 (TIWN): Yet again social distance rules are seen violated in agartala GB Hospital’s Out Patient’s Department (OPD) section on Tuesday. The patient party alleged that no physical distance has been maintained by the hospital authority infront of the OPD section where patients have seen gathered in a large number.
The images repoted to TIWN is completely showing that there’s no physical distance between the people gathered in the OPD Section of the GB hospital. As people from the outside are coming, thus it is highly expected to keep the least physical distance in OPD Section to prevent the infection, but here in Gb hospital the image is completely opposite, there’s no proper management to maintain the social distance rules, alleged one patient. He also added that for the lack of Doctors, patients have to wait for long, creating a mass gathering.
Earlier also such scenario has been reported from IGM hospital where the similar condition has seen. However, from higher authrity of both the reputed Government hospitals of Agartala to Tripura Health Minister nobody has seen making a comment on this rule violation. Patient parties have demanded proper management for maintaining the rules of Social distance to avoid the Covid-19 infetion.
