AGARTALA, Aug 24 (TIWN): In the Political circus, when before Election candidates even touch feet of the voters after winning the election, the same candidates go out of touch of the voters. In such an incident contractual workers who were promised by Tripura BJP to be regularized once BJP comes in power, are left helpless. They have gheraoed the Director of Horticulture seeking their regularization. "In CPI-M Govt's time when we blocked road demanding regularization, Biplab Deb helped to withdraw the blockade, assured our demands fulfilling once his Govt comes but now we can't meet him even. Rather our salaries are cut now", said Garden Workers under Govt of Tripura, while they gheraoed the Director office.

“We don’t want salary increasement for now. We want that Govt should regularize us so that we can survive. Govt at least should accept us”, said an agitating woman there.
