AGARTALA / JIRANIA, Aug 21 (TIWN): One more knife attack incident has been reported from Jirania. The injured man has been hospitalized and right now admitted in GB hospital.

The injured man Maran Das said, he was with his friends and one of his friends Bimal Dey was injured during the incident. They were going to a shop to eat ‘paan’ at around 7.30 PM on yesterday evening.

Few bikes with around 6 to 7 people came and started brutal attacks on him and then he was beaten and his friend was too beaten by the miscreants.

Few of the miscreants have been identified as – Bimal Ghosh, Arun Debnath, Amulya Das. Bimal Ghosh, Arun Debnath are arrested.

Injured Maran Das by profession is holding a poultry farm.
