AGARTALA, July 29 (TIWN): Taking the opportunity of Lockdown, increasing theft cases have turmoiled normal lives in various parts of the state.

In such an incident a thief was arrested by police, who was caught by local businessmen.

Earlier also, he was engaged in theft cases but as he was wearing masks, police could not identify him in CCTV footage. Thus, today the local businessmen were waiting in the early morning for the thief and finally caught him red-handed.

The thief said that he sales the theft items in Battala, Lake Chowmuhani like markets.
