AGARTALA, July 26 (TIWN): Tripura Congress President Pijush Biswas on Sunday has lambasted the BJP led Central Govt saying, the Judiciary’s freedom is now under severe attacks due to the Modi Govt’s misruling.

He said, all the democratic organizations are under Govt’s targets.

“If any media raises voice, Govt leaves no attempt to shutdown it by various means. CBI, ED, NIA, EC all are silent and Election Commission is working under Narendra Modi Govt’s order. Today people don’t trust Election Commission anymore”, said Pijush Biswas.

“Nobody trusts that under Indian Election Commission, neutral Election will be held anymore”, Pijush Biswas told media.

“Supreme Court’s verdicts in certain cases erupt suspects and country has seen how Judges are joining in other posts immediately after retirement”, said Biswas.

“A section of Supreme Court’s judges getting extra facilities immediately after retirement, raises question, whether for those posts, they gave such verdicts ?”, the State Congress President raised question.

Congress further slammed Modi Govt for snatching public rights from RTI by weakening it and to take the country on peak of corruption.
