AGARTALA, July 16 (TIWN): Reacting over BJP spokesperson’s statement which asked MLA Sudip Barman to face a re-election by quitting the party followed by Sudip Barman’s few objections in Govt decisions, MLA Sudip Barman said, “I don’t want to react on such illiterate statements but yes, one should not cross the limits, just to please a single person. In this way, the party is becoming rather a joke and these people are damaging the reputation of the partyâ€.
Sudip Barman was addressing media after he placed a deputation to DGP I/C- Rajiv Singh, followed by defamatory post in Chief Minister Biplab Deb’s fans club against him and his family.
Sudip Barman added, “Election is fought against the rivals. I am in my own party but seems few people are desperately destroying the party just to make a person happy”.
Barman also said, he will always talk against injustice because his first duty is for the common men.
