AGARTALA, July 12 (TIWN): The second deceased of COVID-19 in Tripura was cremated at Battala under Hindu ritual.
Earlier with COVID-19 patient, the administration had to face lots of problems and protests, but after awareness, now no such problem erupted and before morning, the cremation was done.
Tripura has reported second COVID-19 death with the numbers of increasing cases. Chief Minister Biplab Deb has confirmed this via tweet on Saturday late night.
Tripura's positive cases are also increasing and to touch about 2000. The deceased was admitted in AGMC.
Tripura Govt has also imposed curfew from night 9 PM to morning 5 AM, banning all types of social and political gathering.
Earlier, another patient had committed suicide inside the GB hospital, although, she has not been considered as COVID-19 deceased.
