AGARTALA, July 10 (TIWN): While addressing in Swanirbhar Yojna programme for auto distribution, Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb on Friday has said that from Haldia port a small ship will start on 14th July and to reach in Tripura on July 18.

However, although earlier Chief Minister Biplab Deb promised that by 2019 big-ships will ply over river Gomati, but that promise has crossed deadline. However, finally a small ship will start for Tripura from Haldia port on July 14. 

Addressing on that occasion, CM said, “Nobody could imagine that Tripura will see ships arriving via Tripura rivers and on 14th July and will reach on 18th July”.

The ship will bring TMT Bar of TATA Company and it will be a part of Model state, said CM.
