AGARTALA, July 7 (TIWN): Big achievement of Bishalgarh police along with Sipahijala Forest department, Seized a huge number of illegally Collected wood and tree logs from Chelikhola Gajaria area.
Reportedly, on Tuesday morning after getting information from a secret source Bishalgarh police and Sipahijala forest department members raided in Chelikhola Gajaria area under Bishalgarh PS. They seized huge number of tree logs and wood that were been collected from forest illegally.
Police informed that the market price of the seized items will be more than lakhs. Now the question arises, if the forest department's employees are working strictly, then how thieves are cutting the trees without getting caught? People are accusing a section of forest range office members for having a connection behind such theft incidents.
