AGARTALA, July 5 (TIWN): A total Strike Like situation in Tripura on Complete Lockdown was witnessed on Sunday, as Govt ordered for a 24 hours strict lockdown. Action against Violators were taken by Police, whereas many were also arrested. Legal action were taken against a large numbers of people who violated social distancing or unnecessarily came out of home. Law Minister Ratanlal Nath also said that Govt will take strict action if public attempt to break the lockdown laws. In Agartala also, no vehicle was seen plying on roads, whereas tight security was imposed in the state. Police were seen not allowing anyone to go out without any emergency or proper reason.
