Khowai District Administration quarantined 15 families as their children's private tutor tested positive

AGARTALA, July 1 (TIWN): Khowai district administration quarantined 15 families as the children of those families continued to go for private tuition and the tutor tested positive yesterday.
Reportedly, on Tuesday Tripura CM twitted that total 8 person tested positive at that day. Among them one retired teacher of Teliamura under Khowai district was there. And after interrogating him, it came to know that he continued private tuition in this lockdown period.
After getting information about the students who used to go for tution to him, the administration home quarantined all of their families on Wednesday morning.
This incident created tension in the whole area.
