AGARTALA, June 1 (TIWN): Former Health Minister cum BJP MLA Sudip Barman has condemned BJP goons’ brutal attacks in DYFI, SFI’s blood donation camp held on Sunday, injuring many including SFI’s State Secretary Sandipan Deb.

The condemnation came from the BJP MLA amid police took no action yet against the hooligans of the BJP who in around 25 numbers held attacks in CPI-M organized blood donation camp.

In a social media update, Sudip Barman said, “I am shocked by the brutal attack of anti-social elements in a blood donation camp. Whoever they are but attacks in blood donation can never be tolerated. Only condemnation is not enough but if proper action against such anti-socials can’t be taken then the spirit of blood donation will be destroyed. Have to set massive protest against such elements”.

“I also request the Home Dept to take proper action against such criminals”, said Sudip Barman.
