Agartala, May 30 (TIWN): Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb said Prime Minister Narendra Modi believes in work and the historic achievements under his dynamic leadership would always be remembered by the countrymen.

The Chief Minister was speaking to media on one-year completion of second term of Modi-led government on Saturday.
Citing some of the historic achievements of the Prime Minister, the Chief Minister said, “the countrymen might have never imagined abolition of Article 370, 35A. Besides, introduction of Triple Talaq Law under the leadership of PM Modi ji has put an end to the politics of minority appeasement.”
While conveying greetings to the Prime Minister on this special day, the Chief Minister said, “Modi ji has introduced Ayushman Bharat scheme which is a landmark decision in the field of healthcare. Besides, Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana is also one of the important initiatives to support the farmers.”
“The way our Prime Minister is tackling the COVID19 pandemic has already set an example before the entire globe,” the Chief Minister said.
Meanwhile, the Chief Minister has began his day by worshipping and praying for well being of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to mark the first anniversary of second term of Modi-led government on Saturday.
He also participated in a tree plantation drive at AGMC premises organized by the Rogi Kalyan Samity.
