AGARTALA, May 18 (TIWN): Majlishpur constituency mandal members led by MLA Sushanta Chowdhury organized a condolence meeting to pay tribute to them, who have lost their lives out of COVID-19 pandemic across the world.

The programme was conducted at Agnibina Hall in Jirania, with the Majlishpur Mandal workers. Before starting the meeting, the members remembered the died people with candles in hands.

MLA Sushanta Chowdhury said that across the nation the frontline warriors who are working day night, risking their lives against COVID-19 for them only, this proramme was organized.

In this meeting, along with Mandal President Gouranga Bhowmik, 88 booth’s presidents, secretaries, Panchayat members remained present.
