AGARTALA, May 17 (TIWN): Railway workers staged protest at Agartala Rail Station, alleged that they are not getting any payment for months and now they have decided to take a leave from their work till they get paid.

One worker while talking to media said, "From march 23 we are working here day and night ignoring all the life risks. On April they reduced our salary and they haven't paid yet this month." 

The worker also added, "We have even worked when govt decided to convert the rail kamras into quarantine centres, taking all the life risks. Now if they don't pay us we have to think about other ways."
