AGARTALA, May 13 (TIWN): Among the terminated 10323 teachers, now 8882 teachers are left jobless and 51 teachers already died and others got jobs. The teachers were sacked by High Court (in 2014), Supreme Court (in 2017) due to irregularities under the Left regime, whereas breaking Supreme Court’s verdict’s ethics, various leaders even from outside, including the then Union Finance Minister Late Arun Jaitley promised to solve 10323 teachers problems, which in exchange of massive vote banks started an illusion based teachers hopes on the BJP Govt since 2018 but when the teachers are already terminated, breaking illusion after 2 years, the reality is exposed and the teachers are jobless, rattled. When BJP was desperately promising the 10323 teachers before 2018 election about the teachers secure future, a larger section of people, media and even the then ruling Left party expressed doubt on the party’s intention but no logic worked before the Centrally powered BJP’s promise.

After losing jobs and seeing Tripura Govt’s failure to do anything for the sacked teachers, on Tuesday massive protest was staged at the Education office.

In the middle of these, the Education Director U.K. Chakma suffered, although he has nothing to do with any political party’s promise. The terminated teachers, on being asked by media, said that they just wanted to know what is written in Supreme Court’s verdict from the Director.

After the massive protest at Education Office by 10323 teachers today raising question, what was written in the Supreme Court’s verdict along with protest against Govt given condition to the teachers to take CM announced Rs. 35,000 (one time) due to COVID-19, Education Minister Ratanlal Nath has claimed that no condition was imposed on any teacher to take the money. He also raised question, when everyone is talking about a “condition” given by State Govt but nobody is telling us, what is the so called “condition”.
