AGARTALA, May 9 (TIWN): Massive chaos erupted in Indranagar after local people asked a Kota returned family to leave the area. The family of Litan Das's was almost attacked by the locals including men and women.

The family had constructed their new home there but they also have a rent home in another area. But on yesterday they arrived in their own home, but locals did not accept the matters. But the family actually came under direction of the DM. 

They asked the family to leave the area. According to the locals, if the people have COVID19 infection, then their bathing water may go to other places, can cause the spread of the disease.

SDM Ashim Saha, MLA Sudip Roy Barman rushed to the spot and broke the misconception among the people. The MLA also asked the locals to help the family during home quarantine. 

Sudip Barman also drank water in that house to break the misconception.
