AGARTALA, April 29 (TIWN): Citizens Collective against COVID19 has continued social services in lockdown period.
Eminent Advocate Purushottom Roy Barman with his volunteers’ team visited various fields to distribute the materials.
In other Districts than West, members of the organization participated in the relief drive to help the needy people.
At Arundhuti Nagar total 65 families were benefited with relief materials. In Dharmanagar Nadiapur total 40 persons were benefited with relief materials on yesterday.
In Khowai also the relief materials were distributed whereas in Kashipur, Narshingrah and various places of Agartala were brought under the same drive by Citizens Collective against COVID19.
In all places, per head 4 kilo of rice, mossor daal 750 gram, 750 gram of soyabeans were distributed.
Till 3rd May, this drive to be continues and next decisions to be taken based on the situations. India is undergoing lockdown till 3rd May till further order.
