AGARTALA, April 26 (TIWN): TIWN's crusade against criminals enabled prompt action to trace the criminals behind massive 'AAI Fake Job Advt. Scam'. TIWN traced the kingpins behind this scam who owned Crew Aviation Services company, published FAKE AAI (Airport Authority of India) Advts in Syandan Patrika to lure innocent youths to a Jobsite crewaviationservices.com(PAN AAICC1009J).Scamsters are 1) Birendra Singh (PAN / DIN 07138996) 2) Vijay Kumar (PAN / DIN 08405693) 3) Subal Dey. Modus operandi of scam was to lure innocent youths to apply for AAI Jobs into their portal crewaviationservices.com, then collect Rs 800 (from SC/ST), Rs 1000 (General, OBC), collect donations and then vanish with money. Their target was 50,000 applicants for 2,700 (Fake) Jobs in Agartala Airport, approximately Rs 5 crores scam was targeted towards Tripura's Jobless youths.

After AAI Fake Job Scam was reported in TIWN on April 17,2020, Chief Minister Biplab Deb ordered strong action, Police raided Syandan Editor Subal Dey's home, raided Syandan office and Police investigation continuing. Case is transferred to Tripura Police Crime branch.

On Sunday(19/4/2020) night, AAI Chief Security Officer S.Roy filed FIR against Subal Dey for forgery, organized scam by forging AAI ( Airport Authority of India) documents to lure innocent Job seekers, case 61/2020, IPC sections 468,471,420, minimum 7 yrs imprisonment.

TIWN investigation unearthed that Delhi based scamsters Birendra Singh, Vijay Kumar opened this scammer company Crew Aviation Services on 29th March, 2019. After incorporating this company, both Birendra Singh & Vijay Kumar were looking for scam partners in soft targets North Eastern States.

Birendra Singh met with Subal Dey in New Delhi last year via Syandan's Delhi agent, followed by Birendra Singh & Vijay Kumar got introduced to Subal Dey's sons Abhishek & Arindam.  

Subal Dey boasted his proximity with BJP Govt and Chief Minister, even told he is 'Guru' of Tripura CM, so scamsters believed that Syandan paper is perfect platform for running this scam. 

Scamsters Birendra Singh, Vijay Kumar then opened a scammer website crewaviationservices.com in collaboration with Syndan Dey & his both sons Abhishek, Arindam, as per Subal Dey's suggestion, Delhi Scamsters decided to use Agartala Airport Picture in homepage of crewaviationservices.com. Birendra Singh & Vijay Kumar published phone numbers 9717468140 /9354101023 /9899361063 to counsel Job seekers that no training is needed, directly jobs at AAI, Agartala.

TIWN unearthed their 2 rooms rental space on Delhi outskirts at nominal Rs 12000/- rent, their PAN numbers, their DIN (Director Identification Numbers) in crewaviationservices.com

TIWN followed up with their payment gateway 'Razorpay', and Razorpay immediately took action by blocking crewaviationservices.com payments.

After publishing FAKE Job Advt on 16/4/2020 in Syandan Patrika, within 24 hours total 13 Job seekers paid money Rs 13000/- and few others money was processing in 'Razorpay' but Razorpay reverted all those transactions so that no Job Applicants are robbed off their money.  TIWN exposed this mega-scam within 24 hrs of Syandan's FAKE AAI Job advertisement, so only 13 job seekers applied within that 24 hrs period.

To save from imminent arrest, Subal Dey already held multiple parleys with his old friends, a BJP Minister, a former BJP Minister, various Congress leaders but Chief Minister Biplab Deb has taken a strong stand, not to bend to Syandan Editor's threats, ordered Police to conduct investigation.Subal Dey also issuing threats via his sons that Syandan will generate revolts inside BJP Party so that Biplab Deb is removed from CM's post.

TIWN is working with authorities to prosecute the criminals. Police already interrogated Subal Dey, his sons, now Police likely to arrest Delhi based scamsters, followed by arrest of Subal Dey under IPC sections 468,471,420, minimum 7 yrs imprisonment.
