AGARTALA, April 25 (TIWN): MGNREGA, TUEP works have been started with social distancing in Tripura.

Proper sanitization and mask uses were also instructed to the workers due to COVID19 outbreak.

Previous pending mandays of MGNREGA were cleared recently costing a total Rs. 95 crores.

Various Govt projects which left undone are also starting gradually and Tripura Govt reportedly arranged transportation for the workers.

Earlier, Law Minister Ratanlal Nath said that a major portion of MGNREGA works to be given in ADC areas and other deep rural areas.
