Agartala, November 15 (TIWN): The case of the student being beaten up by the teacher at Netaji Subhas Vidyaniketan is now be investigated by the Child Rights Commission. However, another rumour had spread that one of the teacher of the above mentioned school tried to harass Smt. Krishna Nandi, because of some personal enmity with her.

It is to be mentioned here that the test examination of the H.S (+2) stage was going on Netaji Subhas Vidyaniketan school, a renowned school in the city. After the final bell ringing, a teacher Krishna Nandi demanded from the student Kriva Bhattacharjee. Like everyone, Kriva had requested for last minute revision.

But the teacher could not tolerate this as she had to rush to the house for personal entertainment. As a result she had brutally beaten Kriva. At a point of time, teacher had taken Kriva to the Headmasters room and assaulted her inhumanely. However, to tackle the situation, the Headmaster immediately informed her parents.

After reaching at home, Kriva had fallen sick severely. She was immediately taken to GBP hospital. Still the time of writing news, her condition was still serious. Though FIR was lodged, but the accused teacher is still at large. While, the headmaster, Amulya Chandra Debnath had assured that action will be taken against the accused teacher. Meanwhile all the necessary arrangements should be provided for Kriva. On the other hand, a five-member team of SFI earlier submitted a deputation to the Headmaster and seeking proper investigation.

But after one day of the incident, it was rumored that the case is not partially right. One of the teachers, a close one of the ruling party had done this to harass her. Being a close source to the ruling party, she spends time in the school without taking any class. Krishna Nandi reportedly detected her by doing this. So, the unnamed person had lodged a case with mixed documents to take enmity over her. However, the case was handed over to the Child Rights Commission for proper investigation.
