AGARTALA, March 30 (TIWN): The biggest festival of the spring season Basanti Durga puja to be observed isolated without devotees presence this year.

In the first ever history, in Basanti puja, no devotee will remain present in Durga temple in Agartala also as COVID-19 has led lockdown nationwide.

The organizers said that they are facing lots of troubles to organize their necessary items for the puja.

Offers to be prayed from homes whereas in other religions also same has been done. Muslims are also staying in home and the namaaz is also prayed from home to keep the mosques gathering free.
