AGARTALA, March 19 (TIWN): The so called 1993’sjob victims, who have started recently protests alleging they were deprive ofjobs under the previous CPI-M Govt, surprisingly never went to court, neither can show any verdict of court in this regard, whereas many deprive unemployed under BJP Govt have gone to court and got back their jobs/recruitment.
Sources said, their appointments were violation of recruitment law under the brutal Congress era, known “Jote Era”.
(In that era, women were allegedly taken out of home, raped and law was given to all Congress hooligans and CPI-M workers were taken to Police station and beaten hours after hours)
Instead of going to Court, what the so called victims are doing is protesting against CPI-M when 10323 teachers are on verges of destruction.
Question also raised, when fought against 10323 teachers to many recruited employees under CPI-M Govt, why the Congress as opposition didn't take that 1993's issue to Court ? It means, those offers were "Illegal" and the then Left Govt made the correct decision by cancelling their jobs.
