AGARTALA, March 9 (TIWN): ’90:10 ratio funding is not a too much demand from the central govt because in exchange Tripura is giving Free Oxygen to the rest of the world along with India’, such has been commented by Tripura CM Biplab Deb on 2nd year competition programme of the BJP Govt formation.

Deb was addressing in 2^nd anniversary of his Govt formation when said so.

Biplab Deb said, “Tripura’s 70% land areas are forest lands. State is giving oxygen which is used by all Indian states and also to the whole world. So, the central govt if gives us 90:10 ratio fund, it is not doing any charity indeed. Because in exchange Tripura is giving free Oxygen to other states”.
