AGARTALA, March 6 (TIWN): Since BJP Govt has taken charge, massive pending DAs have erupted resentment among the Govt employees. Opposition parties leaders have lashed out the BJP over pending DAs after merely 0.32% hike in the name of 7th Pay Commission, While earlier, calling the Pay Commission as a JUMLA Commission, Congress senior leader Gopal Roy hit the BJP Govt, on 2nd anniversary of the BJP in state, he further has announced that at least 17% DA of the Govt employees are still pending. The senior Congress leader said that 17% DAs are pending when BJP is celebrating the victory day’s 2nd year. One the one said, Govt saying no fund crisis and again, Finance Minister accepting fact of fund crisis and the Chief Minister is traveling Delhi. CPI-M veteran leader cum former Finance Minister Badal Chowdhury hit the BJP Govt on various issues including unemployment and deprivation to the Govt employees. He said, “BJP Govt failed to even increase 1% salary of the employees and it ended by 0.32 factor. No DA was given till now since BJP in charge. Today employees are understanding what type of party and Govt BJP is”.

He further criticized the BJP Govt for its fake promises done to the unemployed youths and CM’s constant lies on jobless youths’ data. He asked, where the promise of 7th Pay Commission has gone and what is the gap of State and Central pays right now. He condemned Govt’s role in central budget alleging nothing is there for the poor and unemployed, neither for education sector and farmers.

Chowdhury’s statement gets ground as after cheating 2 Lakhs Govt Employees & Pensioners in the name of 7th CPC now BJP Govt even failed to pay 0.32 Factor Pay in October month.
